Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com (Port: 993, SSL/TLS)

Make sure to use your full email address as the username. While webmail might be disabled during updates, IMAP/SMTP protocols remain fully operational.

You can still manage your website files using an FTP client like FileZilla or Cyberduck.

Port: 21 (or 22 for SFTP if SSH is enabled on your plan)
Use your main cPanel username and password.

If the service status page indicates cPanel/WHM is unavailable, this is an intentional block imposed by our security team to patch a known vulnerability. No action is required on your part, and your existing services (websites, inbound/outgoing emails) will continue to operate normally.
